Welcome to our DNUE community!
We have, for the past fifty years or so,
single-mindedly strived for the excellence of teacher education in the field of elementary education,
under the banner of In Pursuit of Ultimate Educators.
Our graduates, approximately twelve thousand now, are currently leading elementary education all over the Korean peninsula.
We will not rest satisfied with our past achievements, however.
We will continue to prepare for the next 100 years’quality elementary education in Korea,
in the spirit of Teacher Education Beyond Limit.
First of all, we will try to restore, and create afresh if needed,
an atmosphere of mutual respect and responsibility among all the members of our community.
Next, we will prioritize investment in teaching and learning, research, and amenities,
and try to recruit the best professors in various fields of education.
And last, but not least, with the support of our alumni and surrounding communities,
we will put forth our energy toward global eminence in teacher education,
All these may not be attainable without your support and suggestions.
You are exactly what we need for the realization of these purposes.
